Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed or processed. If cancellation is allowed for a specific service or product, it must be requested immediately by contacting our support team.

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • - Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • - Service not delivered due to a technical issue from our side

Refund requests must be raised within a reasonable time by contacting our support team.

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method or bank account used during the transaction. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Certain services or promotional offers may be non-refundable. Such conditions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
